My educational background is in Instrumentation,Applied Physics and mechanical engineering. I studied at: -University of Poitiers in France -Strathclyde University in the UK, -the prestigious Technical University of Munich in Germany, -QUT in Brisbane in Australia. I am a driven, creative and organised executive engineer. I have been a company director since 2011, and this shows up in the way I cut to the chase, build strategies and plans, track progress, report and interact with people. I only do high-quality research and modeling. My moto is: first time right. I delegate simpler work and do all the really challenging work and peer reviews myself. I have reached the stage in my career where projects in any industry are similar. If it flows, I can design it. For example, the set-up of the CFD with waves for the marine industry is identical to the set-up of an electromagnetic radiation model. The waves need to be dampened at the boundaries of the models so that the model is not riddled with non-physical reflected waves. Setting up a mesh (pixelisation of the geometry on which the equations are calculated) for a marine foil has exactly the quality criteria as a mesh of a heat exchanger. In all R&D projects, spending between a few days to a few weeks in the most complex cases, enables me to become an expert in the field. My favorite type of project is R&D. I love going deep, learning new things, planing and figuring out how something’s going to work and how to optimise it. I have used Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) professionally since 2006. After a thorough CFD software comparison, I selected Siemens STAR-CCM+ and I have used it exclusively ever since. Star-CCM+ is a high productivity CFD software, equivalent to ANSYS Fluent. I set up the CFD modelling capability from scratch, and I became the CFD expert in the Australian Standards 1668.2 committee. I performed CFD modelling for: ventilation (natural and mechanical), fire, active facades conjugate heat transfer, pollutant dispersion and wind. My performance-based designs saved carpark owners and contractors 100,000's of $. I spent most of 5 years researching active facades that store energy and redirect sunlight deep in the building. I modelled heat transfer, phase change and radiation in the CFD software. In 2015, my mother was diagnosed with cancer, and I moved back to France temporarily with my family to look after my parents. I decided to start a "portable" consulting and supercomputing business and called it trampoCFD. Trampo for trampoline: my secret weapon to keep a creative mind is an Olympic trampoline break multiple times a day. I applied my CFD knowledge to improve process performance in many different industries: pneumatic conveyors, mining classifier, injectors, factory, vertical farm and carpark HVAC, irrigation, ohmic heating, coffee machine, marine and wind power generation to name a few. My skills include: -dilution/dispersion, -mixing, -Multi-phase and phase change (Free surface flow, evaporation/condensation, melting/solidification) -Electromagnetics (Joule's effect, Ionic wind, electromagnet) -DEM (grain, sand) -Conjugate heat transfer -Automation -Optimization -Moving bodies -CAD: Solidworks and NX -FEA: Electromagnetic static or dynamic simulations In 2019, Siemens approved me as a software reseller, which means Siemens recognised my ability to provide technical support to CFD engineers on Star-CCM+. This enables me to continue helping my clients once they develop an in-house CFD capability. In 2020, I became the lead CFD engineer of a group of 4 engineers and 2 developers who take on the most complex CFD and multiphysics consulting projects . I have worked as a Design engineer for a period of 1 year 3 moths were I used to develop 3D Models and Detailing for the Auto Motive and Mechanical Industries. I used to Give the Technical Suggestions Based on the Problem Arised for the Food Processing and Food Storage Industries with Suitable Equipment Design and drafting to store and Supply the food. While Giving the Technical Solutions I used to Do FEA Analysis in Ansys To Study the PlM of the Suggested Technology to the Customers. People Can Find My Excuted Projects In this Term. 1. I have designed a food trolly to store and supply the food in Hospitals. The system contains a freezer to freez the food and a heater to heat the food and it can be operated by two men. It has provided the trays to place the food followed by two compartments with minimum gap to circulate the air to freez and heat the food. It has Provided two way doors to operate in either Directions and Provided the Detailing for the Whole Technology it took 45hrs. 2. I have done another project on Reverse Engineering on Two Car Models were I have designed The car Domes in Catia Surfacing and Successfully Excuted The Aerodynamics Studies On the Models these results are requested by the customers to use for the validation. It Has Taken totally 300hrs In the Design Phase and Another 200hrs in the FEA Phase. 3. I have done one more Project on Creating Standerd Test Pieces to use in the Prototype testing were I have designed the models in Catia and they have sent to 3D Printing with Compleate Detailing after the Prototype Testing results were Extracted from the Test and Validated in The Ansys To study their Mechanical Properties For the Composite AlSic MMC Total 400hrs has taken to provide compleate validation to the customer. 4. Another Project Has Excuted on Plant Layout. A Plant Layout Has Created In Catia To Provide the Food Processing Layoutto the Customer. Compleate Lay out Has Delivered to the Customer With in 200hrs. 5. I have excuted project which has taken 6moths. Were I have managed a team of 11members designers and Draft mans to design and to provide Detailing to Couple of Manufacturing Machianary to change their Size and to convert them into Indian Standers. We have Excuted the Whole Project In 3Phases in first Phase All Assembly Componets were created with Compleate Detailing in second Phase Sub Assembly Drawings were Created with their Cad Model with the Sap Numbers to the All Componets with Compleate BOM Creation in the Third Phase All Sub Assemblies were Assembled and created a Final Product with Compleate Detailing. These are the major Projects I Have Excuted In this Term. After this I have Worked as Freelancer till March 2018 In providing Technical Solutions and to provide Detailing for the Manufacturing Units. Now I am Working As a Design Engineer in Oil And Gas Domain to provide the Solutions for Onsite Coordinators to Design and Detailing For the Systems which are used in the Oil and Gas Fields.

Design and structural analysis of composite pod heat sink/strong back structure and composite enclosure for airborne camera payload of customer design. Successfully tested to IP67 customer requirement and delivered prototypes. Mechanical Engineer Adherent Technologies Inc July 2001 to Jan 2012 Development Laboratories 11208 Cochiti SE, Albuquerque NM www.adherent-tech.com Modernized outdated mechanical test equipment, as well as trained new personnel to complete destructive testing for evaluating mechanical properties of advanced composite materials. Results showed improved composite material properties achieved by chemist's formulas. Designed, manufactured and operated testing apparatus within ASTM specifications for collecting particulate emissions from catalytic wood stove designs. The results favorably compared new catalyst formulas to competing market products. Organized and managed the facility installation of a pneumatically operated, industrial distillation unit for solvent recovery for composite recycling process plant. Unit was successful, and safely operated. Designed and built structural support and developed operating procedures for a prototype 300 gallon acid digestion composite materials recycling reactor. The reactor is still operating and providing data for composite recycling research to this day. Analyzed the feasibility and implemented the re-purposing a salvaged reactor into a medium sized vacuum testing chamber for experiments with inflatable, foam injected, rigidizable-on-command space structures. Operated, collected data, and designed modifications to a large-scale gasification type tertiary recycling prototype plant. Improved critical heat exchanger designs. Designed, built and operated an experimental drop through plasma treatment chamber for etching surfaces of graphite flakes and carbon nanotubes for use in advanced composite material research. Created a synchronized jack screw system for rapidly opening heat treatment ovens to facilitate faster re-threading and increase production of line involved in composite fiber finish application and powdered tow pre-impregnation. Developed servo controlled gate valves for a feedback control method utilizing laser interferometers for controlling powder flow deposition onto composite fibers. Contributed to the scientific and technical innovation with mechanical test results and visual diagrams and pictures, approved for publication as a NASA Tech Brief, entitled Light Curing Structural Repair Tape for In-Space Repair.
